Sign up for classes
Please remember to sign up for the class you plan on attending. You can use the free Push Press app on any smart phone or go to the Push Press website from any desktop, laptop or tablet to sign up for class. If you show up for class and all the spots are full you will need to sign up for the next available class time.

Check into class when you arrive
Once you get to the box please check in for the class you have signed up for at the check in kiosk in the back by the athlete area.

Safety
by keeping our class size smaller it ensures that coaches can spend more time with athletes and work on correct form and movement patterns.

Be on time to class
our warm ups are programmed to get your body ready for the workout. We check form as we are warming up and make corrections. Every athlete needs to be warmed up before hitting a workout. It is never advised to skip the warm up and jump into class, this creates an opportunity to get injured.

Help us keep your kiddos safe
We have a kids room with heat, air and wifi. We love to see you bring your kids to the box and teach them by example to live a healthy lifestyle. When you bring your kid(s) to the box they will need to stay in the kids room. We do offer kids classes for ages 9-12 years, we sprinkle in some classes for the younger kids from time to time and we will occasionally have days they can participate in class with you. Please do not let your kiddos play on the equipment, we don’t want any kiddos getting hurt!
